Pure freeze-dried açaí from Envira, deep in the Brazilian rainforest. Scroll to travel there.
No middlemen
From our town on the Juruá basin straight to you. No trader in between, no anonymous blend.
Our own photos · Envira
Açaí palms grow wild along the riverbanks. Every aerial shot here is ours, not stock.
Hand-harvested
Harvesters climb the slender, ringed trunks to cut the bunches — the way it has always been done in Envira.
Planned: dried at the source
Açaí spoils fast. Our plan: pulp it and freeze-dry it right in Envira, instead of shipping frozen pulp across the world.
Inside the berry
An açaí berry is mostly hard seed. Only the thin outer layer of skin and pulp becomes powder — which is why every gram takes a lot of fruit.
Batch 001 · planned for 2027
No maltodextrin, no sugar. Just the fruit.

Filmed in Envira in 2011: a young Indigenous friend of ours climbs an açaí palm with a loop of fibre around his feet and brings the bunch down. No ladder, no machine — the way açaí has always been harvested here.
Anderson Totz grew up in Envira, among these palms and the people who climb them.
He is now founding Acai Powders to keep the value where the fruit grows: buying from local harvesters, drying the berries in town and selling the powder directly — to kitchens and to businesses. Chris Totz coordinates sales and the website from Germany.

What freeze-drying does
100kg
100 kg of fresh açaí pulp, pressed from berries harvested around Envira.
Mass balance at about 12% fruit solids and 4% residual moisture. Real solids vary by harvest and will be lab-measured.

Honest status
You can pre-order. Acai Powders is in pre-production: we are setting up freeze-drying in Envira, Amazonas. Batch 001 is planned for 2027. Pre-orders lock the founder price; the free list costs nothing.
You get it back. You can cancel anytime before we ship and receive a full refund of everything you paid, by email. If we cannot deliver, we refund every order.
Paying in full now gives you the lowest price. With the deposit you secure your share of Batch 001 for a small amount and pay the rest only when we confirm the shipping date.
That is the product goal: 100% açaí pulp, freeze-dried and milled, without maltodextrin, sugar or carriers. Every batch will be lab-tested; we publish the specification before shipping.
Spray-drying needs a carrier such as maltodextrin. Freeze-drying removes water as vapour at low temperature, so the powder can be pure fruit. It is slower and costs more energy — which is why we want to do it right next to the harvest.
We plan to serve Europe, the USA and other markets whose import rules we can meet. Tell us your country when you order; if we cannot ship there, you get a full refund.
The wild açaí around Envira is mostly Euterpe precatoria, the single-stemmed palm of the western Amazon. Most açaí sold in Europe comes from Euterpe oleracea. We will confirm the species for every batch.
Not yet guaranteed. The EU novel-food catalogue lists açaí from Euterpe oleracea as a traditional food; Euterpe precatoria has no entry yet. We are clarifying this with the German food authority before shipping. If we cannot deliver to your country, you get a full refund.
No. Açaí is a fruit, not a medicine. We talk about origin, process and taste, and we publish lab values — not promises about weight loss or detox.
