Pre-order terms

Short version: you pay now for a share of a batch that does not exist yet. You can cancel for a full refund at any time until we ship.

  1. Seller. Christoffer Totz, Medienbro, Südlenger Str. 185, 32257 Bünde, Germany (see imprint). The powder is planned to be produced by the Acai Powders project of Anderson Totz in Envira, Amazonas, Brazil.
  2. What you buy. A share of Batch 001: pure freeze-dried açaí powder (product goal: 100% açaí pulp, no added sugar or carriers) in 1 kg pouches. Batch 001 is planned for 2027. It does not exist yet and depends on equipment, permits, harvest and export rules.
  3. Prices and payment. Founder prices in euro as shown when you order. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG (small business). You either pay the full price now, or a deposit now and the remaining amount when we confirm the shipping date. Payment is processed by Mollie B.V.; we do not receive card details.
  4. Cancel anytime before shipping — full refund. Until we ship your order you can cancel it by email to info@medienbro.de without giving reasons and get back everything you paid, normally within 14 days, to the original payment method.
  5. If we cannot deliver. If Batch 001 is cancelled, or cannot be shipped to your country, we refund all payments in full. If we have not shipped by 31 December 2028, you may additionally demand a refund at any time.
  6. Before shipping. We send you in writing: batch specification with lab values, shipping cost (if any) and date. Deposit orders: you then pay the rest or cancel for a full refund of the deposit.
  7. Right of withdrawal. Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting on the day you receive the goods. Points 4 and 5 apply in addition and do not limit it. Details and model withdrawal form: on request by email and enclosed with every delivery.
  8. Allocation. If orders exceed Batch 001, earlier orders are served first; later orders are moved to the next batch or refunded, as you choose.
  9. Regulatory approval. Delivery to the EU and other markets requires that the açaí species (Euterpe precatoria) may be placed on the market there. We are clarifying its EU novel-food status before shipping. If delivery to your country is not allowed, we refund everything you paid.
  10. Liability. Statutory rules apply. We make no health claims; açaí is a food, not a medicine.
  11. Wholesale. Requests from businesses are non-binding until a written offer is signed; these terms do not apply to them.

Version 5 November 2026. Draft — to be reviewed before payments go live.
