Visiting the website
Our web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Server logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We use no cookies, no analytics, no external fonts and no embedded third-party content.
Payments
Pre-order payments are processed by Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands. You enter payment details only on Mollie's page; we receive the payment status, amount and a payment ID, never card numbers. We store your order (option, amount, payment status) to fulfil or refund it and keep it as long as tax law requires. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (c) GDPR. Pre-order, list and wholesale form
When you reserve or request an allocation, we store: email, country, chosen option and quantity, and — if you enter them — name, company, intended use, message and whether your first name may appear in the backer list. We also store the time of the request. Your IP address is used only briefly in memory to limit abuse and is not saved with your reservation.
Purpose: to manage your non-binding reservation, to plan production volumes, and to email you about Batch 001 (date, price, shipping, request for confirmation). Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, and steps prior to a possible contract at your request, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Data is stored on our own server in a data centre of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), which processes it on our behalf. We share your details with Anderson Totz (project founder, Brazil) only where needed to answer wholesale requests. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Storage: until you withdraw consent, or at the latest 6 months after Batch 001 has shipped or the project has ended.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future — an email to info@medienbro.de is enough. You may complain to a data protection authority, for example the LDI NRW.
